Castle Court – Apartments and bungalows for over 55s

Castle Court is a major refurbishment and amalgamation of three separated buildings into one large complex offering 41 luxury apartments for the over 55s with 5Nr 2 bedroom bungalows built in the grounds of the premises. The scheme has recently been completed.

Case Study: Energy stock profiling

We were commissioned to validate Derwentside Homes’ existing energy profile database and update the system to ensure it complied with current regulations. To guarantee the successful delivery of this project we were required to liaise with all key internal stakeholders to obtain the information required to produce an accurate dataset.
