Feasibility support for European Funding bid

Elvet was appointed by Your Homes Newcastle to provide technical assistance for the preparation of an application to secure European funding to deliver a range of energy efficient measures for high rise residential flats that were hard to treat.

Our service included:

• Completing an energy assessment of the block of flats including individual units.
• Intrusive surveys to determine the actual wall construction and subsequent u-value reports.
• Assessed the most appropriate system to improve thermal efficiency.
• Provided estimated carbon savings for each measure under consideration.
