ECO compliance for multi-story blocks of flats

We were commissioned to carry out Energy Company Obligation (ECO) compliance on four multi-story blocks of flats in Manchester.  The work was carried out on behalf of Mears Group for a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme in Manchester.

Our services has included:

• Production of chartered surveyors report to confirm that the existing properties were suitable to access ECO funding including the suitability of the proposed measures to improve the overall thermal efficiency.
• EPCs before the works commenced.
• ECO reports confirming the amount of carbon each measure would save.

The work was undertaken at Locton Court, Lamport Court, Artillery Court and Silkin Court in Manchester city centre.
