We worked as NEC3 Project Manager and Site Supervisor for the £2.6m flood alleviation programme of works in Chester le Street town centre.

Elvet Chartered Surveyors were appointed by Horden Parish Council to undertake the NEC3 Project Managers, Site Supervisor and Principal Designer roles for the scheme to extend Thorpe Road cemetery.

Elvet Chartered Surveyors were appointed by Durham County Council to undertake the NEC3 Project Managers and Site Supervisor roles for NETPark Phase 3A.

HUSK is a UK first in innovative modular housing. HUSK creates value by transforming derelict and difficult to develop garage sites, which can be a maintenance headache for landlords and a haven for anti-social behaviour, into light, airy and energy efficient bungalows in just 12 weeks.

Castle Court is a state-of-the-art, independent living scheme for the over 55’s. The development brought together three buildings – all undergoing major modernisation and renovation and combined to create one stunning new development. Elvet Construction Consultants acted as the Strategic Project Manager for Derwentside Homes to oversee their HCA Affordable Homes programme.

Elvet Chartered Surveyors were brought in as NEC3 Project Managers for Durham County Council’s scheme to improve pedestrian access to Durham Railway Station.

Elvet Construction Consultants were appointed as the NEC Project Manager and Site Supervisor to deliver the £2.4m Villa Real Bridge Realignment Project on behalf of Durham County Council.

Lynwood House is a sheltered housing development designed specifically for people aged 55 and over. Elvet Construction Consultants were invited to provide standard project management advice and prepare financial appraisals to ensure that the units were viable over a thirty year cycle.
