Our RICS chartered quantity surveyors are experienced in producing pricing documents to suit the chosen form of contract and procurement strategy.

Our surveyors are experienced in preparing bills of quantities in accordance with the Standard Method of Measurement (SMM7), however as this is no longer supported by the RICS, we would recommend that bills are produced in accordance with the RICS New Rules of Measurement Volume 2 (NRM2), with our surveyors proficient in either.

We can produce bills of quantities in accordance with Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement (CESMM) with experience primarily to deliver civil projects including but not limited to highways and water sector projects.

Our quantity surveyors are also well versed in preparing other financial documents relevant to the different forms of contracts or projects used, which can include:

  • Schedule of rates for measured term maintenance contracts
  • Schedule of works
  • Cost analysis
