Wins all round for Elvet

We are privileged to have picked up a host of awards for our projects, services and staff during 2018.

Our continued growth and success have seen us shortlisted in 2018 for a wide range of awards, including Constructing Excellence North East Awards’ Small / Medium Enterprise of the Year 2018.

Meanwhile, one of our projects, HUSK, was shortlisted in both the Innovation and Offsite Project categories at the Constructing Excellence North East Awards 2018. As well as receiving a 'Highly Commended' award as an Offsite Project, the project also picked up Innovation of the Year too, and at the National awards held in London, it received an additional 'Highly Commended' award. The HUSK project was also recognised at the RICS North East Awards 2018, nominated for the Innovation Award. HUSK is a unique concept to unlock garage sites to provide modern affordable bungalows, and Elvet provided Project Management, Cost Management and Building Surveying for the project.

Meanwhile, as a testament to our investment in people, two members of our staff, Amy Glister and Stephen Donaghy, were nominated at the Generation for Change Awards (North East) 2018. Amy was awarded Technical Apprentice of the Year, whilst Stephen received a Highly Commended award as Trainee of the Year.

Elvet Construction Consultants’ Director, Stuart Fisher, says:

“We are delighted to have been nominated for so many awards during 2018. The awards are a testament to the creativity and ability of our hardworking team and we are proud to be recognised as an example of excellence within our sector.”
