Elvet were initially appointed by Karbon Homes to undertake an external measured survey of four multi-story dwellings in conjunction with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s information gathering exercise which focussed on external wall systems.

BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art recently provided Elvet Construction Consultants with a fantastic opportunity to undertake a 3D Digital Scan of their impressive landmark building.

Home Group appointed Elvet as multi-disciplinary consultants on the Building Surveying Framework covering the North East, North West and Central areas of England.

The Greenhouse is an eco-friendly business centre, based in Annfield Plain, Stanley. Our surveyors completed a comprehensive scan of the building’s elevations, roof structure and surrounding landscape which in turn allowed for the team to produce the extensive 3D model.
