Elvet Chartered Surveyors were appointed by Karbon Homes to undertake an assessment of their Playground and Multi Use Games Area assets across Northumberland.

Elvet were appointed by social housing provider livin as the Project Manager to deliver their Asset Management Strategy for 2011-16. This would outline the short to long-term future for their assets, which complemented and helped shape the company’s overall business plan.
