Elvet Chartered Surveyors offer a measured survey using traditional techniques to produce accurate layouts and elevations of existing buildings in AutoCAD or Revit subject to the client’s requirements.
Our chartered building surveyors are experienced in providing this information to Architects, Social Landlords, Developers, Contractors and Private Clients when considering maintenance works, renovation projects, modernisations / remodelling works, change of use and extensions etc.
The scaled drawings can be used for Planning Applications, Building Control Approval, Tender Documents, Feasibility Studies or simply to provide clarity of where the general defects are located.
Depending on the size of building, complexity, or final use we may recommend a digital 3D Scan is completed to improve the overall accuracy and efficiency of the survey, however this is at the discretion of the client.
All our measured surveys are independent and meet the latest survey standards, including the RICS Code of Measuring Practice and the International Property Measurement Standard (IPMS).
